First of all, you have to know that it is realy, really easy to do.
All you have to do is have an oven, a plate, a knife, cutting board and some veggies. And not really many veggies.
These are the veggies we have used. nothing fancy ha? |
- Eggplant
- Zucchini
- Carrot
- Bell Pepper
- Tomato (This is actually a fruit, but let's not be pedantic)
- Green Peppers
- Red peppers
- Onion
- Spices
- Some Vegetable Oil.
- if you want some Tomato paste as sauce
As you can see we actually used 1 per item other than the peppers. Now wash them as if your life depends on it, because chemicals are all over them, also dirt. After washing them Peel the potatoes and slice everything. Just like you can see in the photo below.

Before starting to put veggies in to the plate go and start pre-heating the oven to 200 °C
We didn't use baking/oven paper but it would help when you need to wash the plate. Now start putting the plate with sliced veggies, Potato, Pepper, Tomato, Zucchini, Pepper, Eggplant, Onion, ...

Now pure some Vegetable oil, salt and spices. If you want you can put Tomato paste and oil together with the spices.
Oh wait, wait i forgot about Garlic, put garlics around the veggies, not too much, just enough.
